is a mission-minded group of people, age 55 and up, involved in many volunteer opportunities at Divine Shepherd and in the community. They help in the church office, with our preschool, and at Meal Time on Wednesdays. They serve Lutheran Family Services, the Lutheran Home, Bethesda Lutheran Home, and provide medical transportation for individuals as needed.
Seniors for the Lord meet on the first Monday of the month for devotions and a short business meeting followed by a planned activity, either at Divine Shepherd or off campus.
In addition, they meet for Bible Study on the second and fourth Fridays of the month at 11:00 a.m.
