MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, and is a national, non-profit organization designed for mothers with children ages infant through kindergarten.

Brunch, small group discussion time, crafts, and guest speakers on topics important to moms.

MOPS meetings are held every other Friday morning of the month from 9:15 to 11:15 a.m. and the second and fourth Tuesday evenings of the month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. during the school year.
The meetings include door prizes, brunch and either a speaker or a craft followed by small group discussions on the meeting topic.
Meeting are held in The Trinity Center at Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church.

MOPS fees help to pay for MOPPETS teachers and curriculum supplies, refreshments, craft supplies, guest speakers, and other miscellaneous items.
Fees are collected each semester. Scholarships are available for mothers who would not be able to otherwise attend.

Discussion Group Outings
We are planning several social events with your discussion group outside of our regular meeting times. This will give you the opportunity to continue to build the relationships that are begun in our MOPS group.
MOPS and POPS
This event is designed for the MOPS moms and POPS to have an evening out together. The night consists of drinks, appetizers, dinner, a guest speaker and usually a fun interactive game. The event is held each Spring. All MOPS moms are invited to attend.
MOPS International Convention
The convention takes place every Fall and is designed to give every mom what she needs: Perspective, Rest, Balance and Freedom. The event usually lasts three days and is open to all MOPS moms to attend. For more information on the convention go to www.mops.org.
